Our precepts centre around the technical development of the Student and the practice of Kihon, Kata and Kumite. The development of one’s Character is paramount and this is forged in the fundamentals and rigorous serious training.

We are trained in First Aid, child protection and best practice and our Instructors are fully Insured and have up to date DBS checks.

We also have a clear policy on anti-bullying
